Hello there, fellow cosplay lover!

​I’m Katie, I love cosplay, crafting, cats and coffee. Okay, well, there are a few other things that don't quite rhyme which I also love including; sewing, kpop, acting, singing, and dancing. All of which you’ll probably find something about on this site.

I've been doing cosplay since 2018 and I still think of myself as relatively new to cosplay and crafting. Despite having heard of cosplay long before then, I never really tried it and in hindsight it's definitely a hobby I wish I had picked up much sooner! I’ve always been into art and textiles; I even went to an Arts College and then onto complete a Bachelor of Arts degree in Photography!

One thing I have learnt so far about the cosplay community is how friendly, supportive and welcoming it is – I know this sounds strange, but I truly feel as though I’ve found my ‘home’ in the world (aka omg there are others like me?!). So if you're new to cosplay and a little nervous about starting out, I'm certain you'll find some friendly cosplayers who will become great friends along the way.

I attend as many events and con's as I can around the UK so if you see me, feel free to say hello as I love meeting new people and talking about all things cosplay! Plus, for any photographers out there, I'm more than happy to pose for a photo.
